Light Blues and TLC

Fantastic evening organised by the Light Blues to raise money and awareness of the T.L.C. (Teddies for Loving Care) Charity.

The event raised £1550 for the T.L.C.

Saturday evening the brethren of Henllys Lodge celebrated the Ladies who support them in Freemasonry. W. Bro. Gareth Whites wife, Adel, organised a fantastic evening. Dinner was followed by live entertainment provided by Award Winning Classical Soprano, Emilie Parry-Williams. We then danced the night away until midnight.

The raffle of 40 prizes raised the sum of £761 for the two nominated charities –

The Ladies only raffle raised a further £80 for charity.

Valentines Day Party

Another fantastic evening at Pontypool Masonic Centre with members from across the lodges at Pontypool enjoying the evening together. This time celebrating St. Valentine’s Day with our loved one, friends and family. Entertainment was provided by Emilie Parry-Williams. Freemasonry is a brotherhood and it’s also about having fun, socialising with friends, meeting likeminded people and making new lifelong friends.

Widows Son’s & Lifelites Charity

Three Double Thirds
On Tuesday evening Henllys Lodge performed its third double third degree ceremony of this Masonic year, raising Brother Michael Goldwyn and Brother Richard Wakeling to Master Masons. Charity C.D.
At Casnewydd Lodge Installation meeting, on Friday evening, Worshipful Brothers David Llewellyn and Kelvin Reddicliffe presented the Provincial Grand Master and the Provincial Charity Steward with a cheque for £5,185 from the sales of the Monmouthshire Charity Festival C.D. Order of the Towpath
On the hottest day of the year, Master of Kennard Lodge 1258, Martin Phillips, led the #orderofthetowpath#TheSequel. The brethren walked in glorious sunshine 19.93km from Llanfoist to Pontypool to raise money for Masonic charities. It’s not too late to donate, just go to Just Giving page here…
