Blaen Brân Community Woodland (BBCW) group have received a donation of £1,000 from Henllys Lodge 8283.
The cheque was presented by Worshipful Master Gareth White, Charity Steward Phillip Davies and Lodge Almoner Stuart Howells.
The money will go towards the purchase of a PTO woodchipper for use within the woodland.
Vince Murphy said “On behalf of the group I would like to thank the Lodge members for their kind donation.”
BBCW is a registered charity that runs Blaen Brân Community Woodland. It maintains the woodland for the people who use, support and enjoy the woodland and the area around it.
